Professional Services 

Our professional services team relies on Prodago's platform and register of business practices to support organizations in an iterative transformation process. Our efforts are enabling the implementation of the data governance needed to support, among other things, their privacy management programs, the operationalization of security and information quality management, data lifecycle management, and the management of risks related to the management and ethical use of data in the various key business projects of organizations.

Opportunity 

​

Prodago is looking for a consultant to join its experienced professional services team in the field of data governance. Under the responsibility of the Vice President of Professional Services, you will contribute to the delivery of customer mandates, the development of our products and services, and the influence of Prodago. 

​

Key Responsibilities 


Consulting stream

​

  • Deliver Prodago's various service offerings 

  • Prepare and facilitate working sessions 

  • Participate in the development of responses to tenders 

  • Manage customer expectations and develop a relationship of trust with them 

  • Utilize customer mandates to validate our concepts and test our products 

  • Keep abreast of market developments in our area of expertise

Evolution component of product and services 

 

  • Contribute to the evolution of Prodago's service offerings 

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of different delivery frameworks and deliverables 

  • Provide feedback and help improve the platform, reports and accelerators based on customer feedback

 
Influence and marketing 

 

  • Be on the lookout for opportunities to propose new mandates and extensions to current mandates

  • Promote Prodago services and approach to customers and to your network

Desired profile 

​ 

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., information management, data science, mathematics, computer science, engineering, administrative sciences) 

  • Two (2) years or more of experience in one or more of the following roles and areas: business analyst, data steward (including data quality management), business intelligence, data management (including data security), data lake implementation, self-service implementation of analytics and business intelligence, or any other discipline related to usage, transformation and data management. 

  • Experience in consulting services 

  • Graduate degree (e.g., MBA, Master of Business Intelligence), an asset 

  • PMP Certification, an asset

  • Great intellectual curiosity and quick learning ability 

  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills 

  • The ability to easily pass between a high level of conceptualization (big picture) and a detailed level of analysis (user processes, analyses, detailed requirements) 

  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills 

  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and the ability to quickly master the use of several management and collaboration tools (Sharepoint, Teams, Visio, Miro, etc.) 

  • French and English bilingualism (oral and written)
